Constitution you will find information on the committee structure, its
procedures, the rights given to individual officers and members to make
decisions, the standards of conduct expected and the allowances paid to
members.

There is certainly something very wrong at Gwynedd Council ... and it's probably best described as a corporate care needs fraud advised by in-house Legal Services ...
Anyone who reads this and wants to contact me with about gathering evidence regarding concerted, multi-disciplinary professional criminal malpractice at BCUHB and G.C that was, and is, facilitating systematic evasion of care needs ... particularly in respect of "high functioning" ASD ... please do not hesitate to email ... you are probably as desperate as me to bring these L.A and NHS Agency criminals to account ...
